So, we have  established a unique 'pay as you go' system in which our services are available to you at any step of the way, or at every step of the way. It's your choice.
We have a menu of services and you will not find lower rates anywhere. We have kept them as low as possible because we love the extraordinary stories of 'ordinary' people (in truth, no one on the planet is ordinary) and we want to encourage all of you closet writers to 'come out', share your stories and experience the joy and satisfaction of seeing your work in print.
What's more, you can pick and choose whatever you want, as and when you want, and be eligible for a reduction in your final publishing package if you ultimately decide to publish your book with us.

Reading
Have you written a couple of chapters and you want to be sure your idea has the 'wow' factor and your writing is up to scratch?
Have you completed an entire manuscript and you're just not sure if it's ready to fly the nest and have a life in the wider world?
We will read it and give you our professional assessment and advice. You will know what your book needs, if anything, to bring it up to professional standard.

50p per 250 words. (250 words covers approx. 81/2 x 11 page, double-spaced) (Minimum charge £30)

Proofreading
This is a check of the mechanics of the piece; it ensures that there are no mistakes in spelling, punctuation or grammar, and that there are no typos.

Editorial Proofreading
This includes the proofreading elements above plus the tweaking of sentences or paragraphs to ensure clarity and flow.
Choice of vocabulary is also highlighted where accuracy is in question or another word would better serve.

Copyediting
This is a more comprehensive level of editing which includes all the elements of proofreading and editorial proofreading, and also ensures the quality or effectiveness of phrasing, flow and organization.

Writing Tuition
You have an idea. You want to write and publish your own book, but you've never written anything of substance, and you have no idea where or how to begin.
With one to one writing tuition, you will be taken step by step, at your own pace, through the whole process from idea to publication.
You do not have to commit to a course of tuition, regular or set numbers of hours, or a substantial initial outlay of funds. It's still 'pay as you go'. You can have as many or as few hours of tuition as you wish, when you wish.

To make sure you have a web presence for your book as soon as possible, we can create a blog website for you, and you can start telling the world about your new publication. This can include arranging the domain name for your book if necessary.
